Utah State track and field sophomore high jumper Rachel Orr won the high jump title with a personal-best height of 1.76m (5-09.25) Friday, day three of the 2013 Western Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships here at Maverick Stadium. The mark also ranks Orr tied for fourth-place in school history.
